Halulu Hibachi and Sushi

I have certain diet restrictions for health reasons. The restaurant called and took the time to understand what they could and couldnt use in great detail. I was really impressed they cared. Ive never been called by a restaurant. I just have to hope its right or end up going to the hospital. Anyway 9 minutes on the phone on a Saturday for a $35 meal. Meal arrives and it was awesome. Not only was it perfect it tasted awesome. And they wrote on the container Happy & Healthy. On time and excellent food. Im a NY foodie and have to say with the restrictions placed on the Hibachi place- they are awesome m. Highly recommend.

I ordered through the Grub Hub app but they do not deliver to my house so I had to pick up my food, though when I got home, I noticed they made a mistake and forgot to put one of our items in the bag so I called them and made them aware of the issue. They were sincerely apologetic and didnt hesitate to offer to deliver the forgot item to my house. When they arrived, they included complimentary spring rolls along with the rest of the food and apologized greatly once again. Very pleased with their customer service and the food itself was simply delicious!

Overall food and delivery was great. My only criticism is that I paid and was charged for a $5 tip and when he arrived the receipt had not included the tip and therefore he got another $5 tip. For a total of $10 tip. The food was $45. So in total I paid $55 for lunch. Not happy.

They delivered earlier than expected and the food was amazing! The bento box had a lot of food in it so now I have enough for a second meal! This place is great!

Great food. Delicious sashimi. Teriyaki beef was tender. You may want to specify your preference if you don't like medium rare.
